Victoria Cruise Ship Shuttle Services

Cruise Victoria downtown shuttle - $8.00 USD or CDN return trip. Coach departs at least every 15 to 20 minutes - more frequently during peak times. Shuttles are located immediately outside the Ogden Point Cruise Terminal Buildings at Piers A & B. Shuttle drop off is the Empress Hotel at Government & Humboldt Streets. Cruise Victoria staff provide ticket sales on-site - Fares are $8.00 USD or CDN for All Day Passes (Round Trip). Canadian and US currency accepted for all fares - cash and traveller’s cheques are welcome, unfortunately we do not accept credit card or debit for our shuttle tickets. Children five (5) years and under travel free, and our luggage tanks can accommodate strollers of all sizes.

We tailor our service to ensure guests are provided efficient service and wait times are minimal - during peak times 10 minutes or less. Cruise Victoria also welcomes passengers with mobility issues, we operate Wheelchair Accessible coaches for every ship and the frequency is normally 20 minutes or less once we have been advised of the requirement. Shuttles start on Ship arrival and the last departure is one (1) hour prior to ship departure.

Service connects with Tours of Victoria, to the world famous Butchart Gardens and Butterfly Gardens.
