Our Wheelchair Services

Cruise Victoria also welcomes passengers with mobility issues, we operate Wheelchair Accessible coaches for every ship and the frequency is normally 25 minutes or less once we have been advised of the requirement. CVS welcomes portable scooters as well and can accommodate most types in our under coach storage facility. Note - due to the varied nature of scooters and the variety of conditions inwhich they are presented, CVS Cruise Victoria may only accept these for carriage at the Owners Risk. We endeavour to do everything we can in order to ensure that scooters are transported with care.

CVS Cruise Victoria currently operates 20% of its shuttle fleet with wheelchair accessible coaches. Service you can count on when travelling at the Ogden Point Cruise Terminal to downtown Victoria.

Our service departs from Ogden Point every 20 minutes. We tailor our service to ensure guests are provided efficient service and wait times are minimal - during peak times shuttles operate every 10 minutes or less.
